Worth began his career at Batten Shaw Construction as an Intern while completing his degree at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Upon graduation, he was hired on as an Assistant Project Manager and continued to grow his career as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President of Operations.

In 2021, Worth was promoted to President of Batten Shaw Construction. As leader of the company, he is responsible for directing the future vision of the company while maintaining our mission of building to make life better for our clients, our community and our employees.

Aaron began his career with Batten Shaw Construction in 2002 upon graduating from Western Kentucky University. He was hired on as an Assistant Project Manager and continued his growth within the company, rising through the Project Management ranks to eventually become Vice President of Operations.

In 2021, Aaron was promoted to Executive Vice President of Batten Shaw Construction. He works alongside our Preconstruction and Project Management Teams to ensure high value client focused experiences for which we have become known.

Manager | Marketing and Innovation

Doug began his career with Batten Shaw in 1996 upon graduating from Middle Tennessee State University.

As Project Executive, Doug leverages his years of experience to aid in the training and development of our project management teams while continuing to manage multiple key projects for the company.

Jackson joined Batten Shaw Construction with over 20 years of experience managing and directing projects across the country.

As Project Executive, Jackson focuses on increasing Batten Shaw’s footprint in additional market sectors and developing opportunities with new and existing clients.

Jimmy began his career with Batten Shaw in 1995 as a Assistant Field Superintendent and continued to grow his career within the company.

As Field Operations Manager, Jimmy leverages his years of experience to manage all field personnel across all active projects and is committed to the training and development of our future field teams.

Shawn joined Batten Shaw Construction in 2006 with 10 years of experience in construction and preconstruction services.

As Manager of Marketing and Innovation, Shawn works with all departments to enhance our mission of building to make life better through implementation of marketing strategies and innovative programs and services.

Mike began his career with Batten Shaw Construction in 2013 as an estimator and quickly rose to the role of Chief Estimator through his positive work ethic and commitment to understanding the project details.

As Chief Estimator, Mike utilizes his years of experience to train and develop the estimating team while continuing to manage a full preconstruction workload.

As Human Resources Director, Pam leads the organization in advancing a culture of fairness, inclusion and equity – key factors in our mission of building to make life better.

Controller

Chris joined Batten Shaw Construction in 2016 with nearly 15 years of experience working as a Controller for multiple commercial businesses in Virginia and Tennessee.

As Controller, Chris is responsible for detailed analysis of the company’s nationwide activities and reporting strategic financial perspectives to the Executive and Senior Management Teams.
