Project Execution – During the execution of every project that we work on, we consider it our duty to maintain complete transparency with our clients. This takes shape in the monthly written progress reports, as well as the daily, weekly, and monthly Owner, Architect, Contractor (OAC) meetings that we provide as a resource to gauge our progress. We also design a unique project information manual for every build that we work on, which is reviewed with every subcontractor and provides the “roadmap” to success for achieving the goals of our clients. At every turn, our aim is to exceed expectations and provide an exceptional product and service.

LEAN Design & Construction

LEAN Design & Construction – Our team strives to promote the ongoing elimination of waste in all aspects of the project/construction process. In order to achieve this aim, we continually measure, monitor, and revamp Key Process Indicators, as well provide training and development to our personnel so that they can remain on the forefront of LEAN construction principles. While there are many inherent benefits to maintaining this culture within our company, our goal is always to provide the greatest value to our project owners.

Building Information Modeling

Building Information Modeling – By utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) as part of our procedure, we are able to provide a more efficient experience for all parties involved. Not only does this practice reduce waste, but it also equips us with an intelligent model that enables us to maximize our efforts at every stage of the construction process – providing the best possible outcome for our clients.

LEED Design and Construction

LEED Design and Construction – Our team is committed to exploring and incorporating as many green/sustainable designs into our projects as possible. In fact, all members of our Operations and Estimating departments have attained either Accredited Professional (AP) or Green Associate (GA) Certification, with many involved actively in the U.S. Green Building Council. Although not all of our clients want to certify their projects, you can be assured that we will leverage our knowledge of energy efficient design in order to maximize the utilization of your capital resources and with paramount benefit to the owner.

Project Close-Out

Project Close-Out – We understand the importance of a smooth project close-out, which is why our policy is to do so within 90 days of the issuance of the Notice of Substantial Completion. During this process all necessary documents are secured, each owner is provided with a bound copy of important manuals pertaining to their new facility, and personnel are trained on how to operate their new equipment – all so that you can feel confident as you move into your new space. We always conduct our own job close-out inspections, so you can rest assured that we have thoroughly examined all areas from the roof of the building down to the bottom of the storm drainage structures to verify that everything is complete, functional, and ready for you.
