Project Complete – Amsurg Columbia

This project, a joint venture between Amsurg and Maury Regional Health located in Columbia, TN, was a 10,900sf interior renovation to an existing building to produce a new 6 bed pre-op area, a 5 bed post-op area, and 4 new procedure rooms for the Maury Regional Mid South Endoscopy Center. The facility received two new RTUs and a new natural gas powered generator. Floors throughout consist of LVT and sheet vinyl flooring. Additionally, exterior improvements were made to the existing parking lot, including sealing and striping the existing asphalt and a new concrete handicap parking area. A new LED sign and graphics were also installed. This project began on February 22, 2020 and was completed July 2021.
