The TOA Westlawn project boasts a 54,000-square-foot, three-story office building constructed on seven acres. A pervious paver parking system is utilized for stormwater management. The project includes 30,000 square feet of build-out, with the remaining 24,000 remaining for future tenant growth.
The project included full site development, parking areas, drives, permeable paving, and infrastructure improvements. The build-out includes areas for patient assessment, education, and staff/support spaces. High bay and standard ceiling heights were utilized in the project to accommodate a variety of needs. Overhead coiling doors were provided for access between the rehabilitation gym and the outdoor performance field, allowing the areas to be used in skills training.
