The TriStar Health Park Brentwood Office building is a six-story, 130,000-square-foot office building constructed on a 14-acre development. Deep foundations were utilized to support the six-story steel structure. The building is clad in a variety of masonry, glazed aluminum-curtain wall, and metal panels. The interior core areas feature porcelain tile floors and wall panels, vibrant lighting, and custom casework. A core elevator lobby and central stair system at each floor accommodating future tenant growth.
