Project Details

The TCAT Ripley Academic Addition and Renovation project encompassed approximately 52,000 square feet of construction and improvements on an active campus. The work included a 14,900-square-foot addition to the existing occupied facility, providing modern laboratory and classroom spaces. The remaining 37,500 square feet involved comprehensive renovations to existing classrooms, labs, staff areas, and student gathering spaces. Because the campus remained fully operational throughout construction, careful coordination was essential. Working closely with school leadership, our team developed a phased renovation plan that allowed classes to continue uninterrupted. Each area was completed and re-occupied before moving on to the next phase, ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient progression of work. Final completion is scheduled for May 2026!
