Project Details

The TCAT McMinnville Replacement Campus is a multi-phased expansion designed to enhance and modernize the existing technical education facilities. The project involved constructing a new building that wraps around the occupied campus, requiring extensive coordination and preplanning with campus leadership to ensure safety and minimize disruption to daily operations. To support the expansion, an early-release package was implemented to enlarge parking areas and reconfigure the loop drive—strategic improvements that helped maintain smooth student flow and campus functionality throughout construction. Final completion is scheduled for Summer 2027!
