2015 AGC Build Tennessee Award – The Inn at Fairview

Batten | Shaw Construction received the 2015 AGC Build Tennessee Award for The Inn at Fairview Memory Care Assisted Living Facility. The award was in the General Contractor Building Category $5 – $10 million. The design-build project consisted of the construction of a 58-bed addition and contained 15 assisted living beds located on lower level and 45 beds (30 assisted living and 13 skilled nursing) located on upper floor. The new expansion connected the existing facility at both floors. The expansion consisted of a two-story, steel framed, shingle and siding exterior, including utilities and storm sewers, site sidewalks, landscaping and onsite parking. The overall size of the project was 36,620 square feet.
