Worth obtained his Bachelor in Science | Human and Organization Development with an emphasis on Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from Vanderbilt University. His passion for construction lead him to an internship with Batten | Shaw Construction during his course of study, and upon graduation in 2004, he came to join the company full time.
In 2021, Worth was promoted to President of Batten | Shaw Construction. As President, he is focused on maintaining Batten | Shaw’s commitment to customer satisfaction while leading the company in innovative change to further grow the mission of building to make life better.
