• Single Story Medical office building with medical build-out
Our construction on the new 11,000 square feet McKinney FSED was challenged by several factors. First, the City of McKinney required that the concrete fire lane be installed before any structural steel was erected. This was counterproductive to progress, and a critical path.
Secondly, the site is very tight with no parking or laydown space, and contains an occupied convenience store on one side and a car wash on the other. Despite these obstacles, our team prevailed and provided the desired outcome of a new Freestanding Emergency Department.
